Delivery speed

For the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered today, morning at home, if in stock (this is indicated on the product page). For other European countries we use a processing time of 1 day and a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

In case of delays, we proactively communicate the expected delivery date. You will receive an email with the status of your order. For products on order from the supplier, we will inform you of the delivery time.

Track & Trace

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email after processing your order. This code is active from 1:00 a.m. onwards, so you can easily track your order.

Are you not at home?
PostNL and DHL will always try to deliver the package to your neighbors. When this fails they will try again at a later time. Both PostNL and DHL will always leave a bill with further information. At 2 failed attempts, the package will go to the nearest pickup location. Tip: the DHL and PostNL mobile apps have detailed information about the delivery time. You can also specify your delivery preferences such as delivery to a specific location around your home.

Package transfer to our logistics provider

PostNL picks up packages several times daily, including Sunday, for Monday deliveries. DHL provides collection Monday through Friday.

Picking up your order at our showroom in Kerkdriel is always an option. You can indicate this during checkout. Pick up is free and offers the opportunity to admire our Japanese Koi collection while enjoying a free cup of coffee.
