With every online purchase from A2KOI, you enjoy a 30-day trial period. Within this period you can evaluate the product at your leisure.

We advise you to carefully open and keep the original packaging. This makes it easier to return the product, if necessary, undamaged and in its original condition.

Process of Returns

The return process at A2KOI is designed to be simple and customer-friendly:

1. Fill in your order number and zip code on our online return form and select the product to be returned.
2. Within 1 business day you will receive instructions for your return.
3. Print out the shipping label and return form and enclose the return form in the box.
4. Bring the package to a shipping point of your choice.
5. You can track the status of your return shipment online.We will keep you informed via email.
6. After receiving and verifying the return package, we aim to refund your purchase price within 5 business days.

• The item must be complete, undamaged, unused and unassembled. If this is not the case, a fee may be deducted from the refund.
• If possible, in its original packaging.
• Sized products are excluded from return.
• When exchanging: first return the product before shipping the new product.
• In case of damage or signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a fee.
